Heath Campbell

I have been a restaurant management recruiter with Martin and Associates for 3 years now. I graduated from Oklahoma State University, where I taught restaurant management classes for 2 years. I also have 5 years of restaurant management experience with Taco Mayo, Applebee’s and a couple of independents. Restaurant management recruiting has been a great fit for me. I like being able to help people advance their careers and still retain the ability to dabble in the restaurant industry every day. My search focus is primarily in the Southwest and Western markets of the US, and I work with Restaurant Managers of all levels. My rapport with my clients ensure success for the candidates I work with. I have a unique ability to prepare candidates for the interview process as well as sell their strengths to my clients.

George Seed
Vice President of Operations

Originally from Southern Illinois, my background starts in the grocery industry. I began managing grocery stores right out college. In 1988, I was recruited into the QSR restaurant management field with a Taco Bell franchise in North Carolina. Eventually, my career transitioned to Bojangle’s Famous Chicken and Biscuits where I served as a GM and moved forward as a Field Training Director. Time and experience opened up a door for me to join Roadhouse Grill. This concept brought my family to Atlanta.

Since then, I have managed multi-unit food courts with MSE Branded Food Systems and FoodBrand LLC, overseeing mainstream concepts such as Sbarro's, Burger King, Starbucks, Johnny Rockets. Ray Martin invited me to join the team at Martin & Associates Restaurant Management Consulting in 2003, with over 20 years of restaurant management experience. Joining Martin and Associates as a restaurant management recruiter has allowed me to pursue my passion to help people who are serious about the restaurant business move their career forward. I joined Martin & Associates in 2008. I have over 15 years restaurant management experience working for Buffalo’s Southwest Café and Applebee’s in the Metro Atlanta area. I work with multiple clients in Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maine. My knowledge and experience in the food service industry enables me to find the perfect match between clients and candidates.

I’ve been married for 17 years and have two wonderful teenage children. I enjoy boating, golfing, traveling, reading and spending quality time with my family.



Patrick  Hallisy

Patrick Hallisy has prior experience in the sales, marketing and recruiting industries. Out of college Patrick worked for a major Medical equipment company located in Atlanta and made an immediate impact on their sales and profitability. These awesome business development experiences lead to an exciting opportunity in recruiting. After five years of restaurant recruiting Patrick joined Restaurant Depot’s sales team. In 2009 he decided his passion was in recruiting and joined Martin and Associate. Patrick has brought the combination of his Sales experience together with his recruiting expertise to help businesses build thriving, high-performance teams.

Patrick received a tennis scholarship to attend Valdosta State University but decided to go the University of Georgia and graduated with a business degree. Patrick is married with two kids and lives in Woodstock,GA.



Ron Morris

I began my restaurant career in 1978 here in Atlanta. I had the opportunity to work for great companies including Steak & Ale, Bennigan’s, Chili’s and CPK. During my 18 year career I lived in many locations throughout the South East and was involved in many new store openings. I also have a background in broad line food sales. I began my restaurant management career in 1980 after graduating from the University of Denver with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I spent the first 10 years of my career working for Houston’s Restaurant as a General Manager and Regional Supervisor. I also had the opportunity to work for Atlanta companies including Liberty House Restaurant Corporation (Bone’s, OK Café, Blue Ridge Grill) as a managing partner; Ray’s Restaurants (Ray’s on the River, Ray’s Downtown and Ray’s Killer Creek) as a managing partner and Metrotainment Cafes as the Director of Operations. I also owned my own restaurant, High Cotton in Dunwoody, GA.
